Government of Bangladesh can help Bangladeshi Prisoners to take back from Malaysia.
Malaysia is a cruel place for foreign workers. After long time imprisonment ( several months to several years )a Bangladeshi arrived in immigrtaion camp to release to comeback his own country. But here in immigration camp another series of oppression and torturing drama begin and it is the most hardiest time for a prisoner. Final mental and physical torturing begin here before leaving the cruel country Malaysia.

Only those worker can come back who has relative or who has money in the pocket. Another all are very unlucky who has to stay long in the camp. In the camp just for communication gap with family or relatives a Bangladeshi has to wait months after months even year to come back to Bangladesh. Many who come back from prison their pocket is empty. So, they cannot make a call to his family to arrange ticket.

Immigration camp is a nasty and dirty place in Malaysia. Some immigration officers are taking opportunity of helpless Bangladeshis. They ask for double money as a ticket fair and related expenditure. If this cost is acceptable, then immigration officer proceed to help the helpless Bangladeshi.

So, to comeback Bangladesh a worker has to pay double to three times higher money to immigration officer. But if Bangladesh embassy i.e Banglaesh government take any cooperative steps, it can be beneficial and helpful  for Bangladeshi victims and victim's  family to comeback shortly from Malaysian Immigration camp.

I saw Indonesian government has made an agreemnet with Malaysian government to take back their workers by sending ship once a week to Malaysia. In this regard Bangladesh can follow Indonesian policy. They can use marrine ship or it can be rented from others. Later they can take back this money from the victims after arrival.

Another way Bangladesh can arrange special flights of Bangladesh Biman to take back prisoners from Malaysia. In this way Govt can help our nationals and reduce the cost of ticket money and on the otherhand Bangladesh biman can reduce its loss for international flights at least Dhaka to Malaysia route.

Foreign ministry can sign a contract with Malaysian govt for employing a Bangladeshi representative who will work with prisoner and his family in the camp. In this regard he has to free acces to immigration camp to talk with all Bangladeshi prisoner.

Bangladesh govt can take back those cost from victim's family or they can build a foreign welfare trust. Manpower agent, or Bangladeshi immigrants who are staying in different countries they can donate to this trust to helpless workers in Malaysia.

So, government needs proper plan, steps and good wish to our nationals. We do not want see any oppressive behavior and dishonor attitude from another country. We all are Bangladeshi. We may work in another country but we have our own dignity. We are human being. We want to live honorly anywhere in the world.

I think foreign ministry and labor ministry will think our national's problem in abroad. They will come ahead to take back our nationals safely and honorarily. Foreign policy toward our immigrants should be rebuilt.

Government must remember that remittance is the major source of our foreign reserve. Bangladeshi immigrants are contributing a lot to develop our economic status. So,without any delay we are expecting nice solution to take back our illegal Bangladeshi from other countries including Malaysia.

Ramadan is Disobeyed in Malaysia

Ramadan is a holy month of Muslim around the world. But inside prison this month is not respected by Malaysian Government. They have no any special arrangements for fasting prisoner. They provide very poor food to the prisoners in the prison and detention center.

They provide food two times daily one is given at 2 pm and another at 11 pm at night. Which is not suitable for fasting people. Fasting people have to eat cold food. Food quality is also very bad. They do not provide any special or extra food for fasting prisoner.

I saw in the Lenggeng immigration camp until October and November 2009 they give water on a broken Pepsi bottle. They provide a rotten dry fish. After eating that fish most of the prisoner feel gastric problem.

Another big problem in the immigration camp is drinking water. They have no any arrangements of pure drinking water in the camp. Prisoner have to drink direct tap water. Though sometimes they attached filter in the pipe but regularly they do not change or clean the filter. So prisoner are facing of different kinds of water based diseases like cholera, disentry etc.

Though there is a mosque inside Sungaibulu prison but prisoner are not allowed to perform tarabi praying in the mosque. Management in the prison is also very careless. They do not respect fasting people in the prison. They keep fasting and non fasting people in a same room where fasting people feel very uneasy.

Though Malaysia claims that it is a Muslim country but I did not see any Muslim culture among the prison authority. I think Malaysia should learn newly how to respect Muslim's rules and law. Overall they should learn how to respect human rights.

Tips for Illegal Foreigners In Malaysia

One of the bribed nations in the world is Malaysia. If you are cheated by your manpower or by Malaysian manpower agent, then it is important for you to collect your cost before going back to your home country. You have to stay very carefully there. Just follow the following tips:

• Keep enough money in your pocket
• If you are arrested, then simply offer money to police
• If you are in police lock-up try to contact with your IO and offer money to get out
• If you are brought to court simply accept that you are guilty
• Explain politely to magistrate that you are cheated by Manpower agent
• Request magistrate politely to get free

Like other Bangladeshi workers I also went to Malaysia to work there. But after arrival in Malaysia I was gathering terrible experiences about Malaysia. Malaysian police, Immigration,  govt and Malaysian Prison.

Most of the foreign workers have been passing their days in mysterious way. They are struggling to recover their cost which they have paid to Malaysian Manpower agent to arrive in Malaysia. Foreign workers are oppressed in Malaysia very seriously/

Myanmar People in Malaysian Prison

During my prison life in Malaysia I have gathered some experiences about Myanmar people. Myanmar people are most stupid in the world. In the immigration camp they are the lord of the camp.

In a camp more than ten to fifteen countries’ people have been staying but the Myanmar people have established their domination over other nationals in the camp with the cooperation of Malaysian police.

Most of the Myanmar people who have been staying in the camp are connected with serious case like rape, smuggling, heroine and drug business etc. So their behavior is also very stupid. They do not know how to respect other country’s people.

They have made the camp as their home. Because many immigration officers are connected with the Myanmar’s criminal. They are selling drug, heroine, ice and other addicted and narcotics product among other detainees in the camp with cooperation of police.

Half of the toilets are captured by Myanmar people. They are doing phone and drug business in the toilet. Just for a miss call they are forcing foreigners to pay 20 Ringgit. If anybody failed to pay RM twenty they beat him seriously.

Even some toilets are reserved by them. Very often they beat other nationals if they use their reserved toilet. Inside the camp they sleep very comfortably on the other hand other nationals have to sleep in very crowded condition and outside the camp.

In all blocks in lenggeng camp police appoint captain from Myanmar stupid. As a captain he dominates his power among other nationals. Sometimes without cause he hits other foreigners in the camp. I saw they were beating a Nigerian Negro in humanitarian way.

Myanmar people has group to establish their domination in the camp. So, if anybody protests any of them their whole group comes to attack on the person. Police never say anything or do not punish them for their bad behavior.

Some Malaysian immigration police have appointed Myanmar criminals as their agent. In the middle of night I saw immigration officers were supplying Maggy noodles, heroine, cigarette, ice or other prohibited products to sell them for high price among other foreigners.

In lenggeng camp foreigners have been passing very terrible days. In every fields foreigners are oppressed by Malaysian immigration and Myanmar peoples. In every field I felt in disciplinary situation. Most of the foods are also consumed by Myanmar people in the camp.

I was very astonished to see the Malaysian government policy about detainee in immigration camp. Though Malaysia is dependent on foreign workers but they are presenting very rough and stupid behavior towards foreigners.

In this regard I will expect international inspection form United Nations or different aiding groups. They should teach Malaysia how to behave with detainee and neighboring countries. To respect human life they should order Malaysia to change their immigration policy for detainee.

Foreigners are Oppressed in Malaysia

Prison life is a bitter experience in my life. Prison is a place for criminal. Though this view is acceptable by all but sometimes for little crime or mistake people have to suffer long time and hard punishment in many countries. Malaysia is a bright and cruel example of that.

Malaysia is a south East Asian country. From ancient time this country was ruled by British ruler. After obtaining independence in 1957 from Britain this country has been struggling to remove it’s poverty like other developing nation.

Corruption is a major problem in this country. Like other government sectors the radius of corruption has spread in police department seriously. Foreigners are in great danger from Malaysian Police. Everyday Malaysian police and Malaysian immigration police are arresting hundreds of foreign labors legally and illegally to take bribe from them. Nowadays Malaysian police are busy to practice corruption.

It is memorable that Malaysian economy is fully dependent on foreigners. Due to racial crisis and differences in Malaysia this country is facing unity and labor shortage problem. So, Foreigners have been working hard to develop Malaysian economy.

Malaysian are still very poor especially who do government job like police they are seriously poor and this country have been facing local labor shortage. So it has imported huge labors from neighboring countries like Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar and ir attitude are very rough towards foreigners. They always like to snatch and rob money from foreigners. That’s why they are arresting foreigners randomly. Foreigners are not satisfied on Malaysia.

Malaysian police are arresting foreign labors legally and illegally. After arrest who can give bribe to police they can be freed easily but who has no money they have to go inside Malaysian prison or police lock up. The major target to arrest foreign workers is collecting bribe. Malaysian government should be warned and should be resisted bribery scandal among Malaysian police.

Human Rights are Abused in Prison of Malaysia

Human rights are badly violated in Malaysia. I saw a prisoner was tortured in sungai bulu prison in humanitarian way. A group of five members’ security forces were attacking on a prisoner in a ferocious way. They kick on his whole body including head, hand and leg. I was amazed to see that scenery. I was also scared about myself. But I can say that I was lucky and no security forces tortured me probably my narrow physical structure is the reason for that.

It is bad luck for those foreigners who are healthy and whose case are under the laws of 302, 32, or rape case . They bit prisoner with cruelty manner who has rape case or zenah case. Not only that they also beat for normal case. Though there is no law to beat foreigners in remand condition.

In my experiences about prison Sungai bulu it is apparently seemed to me as a terrible place for foreigners. The Most remarkable thing is behaviors of security forces in the prison. In every field inside the prison they show their ferociousness on foreigners.

In the prison sungai bulu foreigners are frightened to see the behavior of security forces. After arrival they force prisoners to cut their hair and they keep all of their belongings. They do not allow any personal clothes, towel, soap etc. Instead of they provide polyesters made clothes which are not suitable for skin.

Foreigners are helpless and treated as animal instead of human beings in the prison hospital. As an international prisoner you have right to get medical treatment but at the hospital of Sungai bulu no proper treatment or medicine are provided. Your life is in great risk if you become sick in the prison.

No emergency medicines like inhaler or nebulizer are provided for sensitive diseases like asthma or TB patient. You will be brought to doctors room in binding condition of two hands. This kind of scenery really shocked me. In the hospital prisoners are treated like animal.

Though most of the Malaysian are Muslim majority but you will not see any Muslim or Islamic attitude among the security forces. They think they are meeting with animal instead of human beings.

Obviously it is cleared to me that Malaysia is violating international human rights. Foreigners are oppressed and hit by the Malaysian security. They do not pay your inconveniences. Security knows only beating and heating.

Malaysia is a developing country. Still they have to beg from International aiding agency to continue their infrastructures activities but they are not improving their behavior for a long time towards foreigners. In this regard we are expecting UN’s sanction on Malaysia before allowing any more help or loan.

Police are Corrupted in Malaysia

Malaysian Police is corrupted seriously.

Foreign workers are oppressed by Malaysian police. On August 06, 2009 like other days I was got up from sleep at 5 am. After completion my morning praying I was completed my regular blogging works. I also talked with my wife and after breakfast I was ridden in KL RAPID Bus no 63 from University Bus stop.

I arrived at Sun way Pyramid to inspect my company’s regular maintenance based par time job. After finishing my job I was ridden KL rapid bus again to come back to my house at around 11.30 am but probably the wheel of life was greased to move to opposite edge to gather new experiences about Malaysian police. That’s why I was checked and arrested by Malaysian Police like other bus passenger.

Police resisted and stop the bus. They entered inside the bus and arrested all of those foreigners who had no passport or money in their pocket. Like other foreigners I was asked to pay money to get free from the police but unfortunately my pocket was empty. So I was arrested by Sunday way police at kelanajaya.

I saw stupid Malaysian police were letting out many criminal who has been staying for long time without passport. They let get out some of them whose passport already expired. In this incident this is proved that Malaysian police are encouraging criminals to stay illegally in Malaysia.

Police are great threat to maintain peace inside Malaysia. They are encouraging international criminal, snatcher, robber and terrorist to live in Malaysia. They are helping criminal to commit illegal jobs in the country. On the other hand innocent and calm foreign workers are neglected and they are being arresting by police regularly. Police have been arresting only genuine foreign workers. They are oppressing foreign labors to take bribe from foreign workers.

Prison Life

Prison life is a bitter experience in my life. Probably prison is good lesson for religious people to correct themselves. It is a good sample of hell though real hell is many times terrible than earth’s prison. Malaysian prison is really terrible place. Prison staff and jail police all have been trained to be cruel to prisoner by Malaysian Government.

When I entered first in prison the special jail force in Sungai bulo showed a special congratulation which was mixed with rudeness, hate and torturing, beating and kicking. They were beating kicking many new prisoners. The most astonish thing is the qualification of jail staff and guard. They cannot speak English. So many new foreign prisoners had to fall into struggle because they cannot understand their Malay language.

Malaysia has been pushing foreigners in huge quantity for several decades but still now they did not develop or train their prison staff or prison security staff rather Malaysian government has taught them how to show bad behave and how to beat foreigner. Without security group Prison officers are also very irregular to their duty. They also show very rough and rude behavior to the prisoners.

I saw many bad things in the prison. First seven days at sungai bulo is most terrible days. There is no light, not enough toilet, no pure drinking water, not enough food, no praying facilities, no telephone facilities and the most bad things is very crowded with noisy environment and regular fighting in different groups and nationals in the damai block.After seven days prison authority changes the block.

Fortunately I was shifted in working block Borkat so, my time was passing nicely otherwise it was very difficult to spend time in closed door room always. The most remarkable inconveniences in prison is communication problem. There is no enough telephone boxes inside the block and restriction of using telephone booth is another big problem in the prison. Prison authority allow only office time to make call and all the government holidays they keep close all telephone boxes. That’s why prisoner have to wait for long serial to make a war tel call.

I had to wait more than one and half month to make call for two minutes only. I put my money in record office of prison. To buy telephone card it took two weeks. Authority said their boss is not in office who will sign to buy card. After buying card you have to wait for serial. This is really bothering and intolerable thing in the prison.

In the lock up there is no scope to make call and after going to prison it is another one and half month to make call from the booth. Due to improper and unskilled management prisoner are oppressed unnecessarily. If government wishes it can be solved easily but probably willingly the government is punishing foreigners to suffer this illegal harassment.

It is not only terrible for the prisoner but also it is a great concern and bad punishment for whole family. Especially it is a terrible punishment for foreigner’s family. Suddenly two months no communication makes a family in distress condition. So ultimately Malaysia is a great concern for whole family of a prisoner.

My family was badly distressed because I could not contact with my family around two moths. My wife was losing her patient and mental balance when she was unable to contact with me. She went here and there to collect my information and spend more than $1000 to get any news about me.

Sickness is another major problem in the prison. If you are a patient of any dangerous diseases like asthma, T.B, Heart diseases or high pressure then it is very bad time for you because there is no emergency treatment facility in the block. From the block you will have to pass minimum 5-7 security gate to arrive at hospital. On the other hand from hospital no emergency medicine like inhaler is provided. Once in a week you will be brought to hospital.

At sungai bulo jail the most worse thing is bad behaviour of jail police. Most stupid and rude forces are cobra. They wear uniform as like as army. Another two forces wear black and chocolate color uniform. All of those are very bad and rude. They never listen to your problem or complain. You have to keep down your head on their leg. You only follow and listen to them. No complain and request are allowed to them.

All of tuan or officer are also very cruel. They never listen to anybody. I was facing asthma problem in prison seriously so, I requested many officers to shift me a better and open room. They never changed my room. Even I requested them to performing praying silently please shift me in a good room but the officers did not response me at all.

The most hated thing is head down system. You have to seat every morning with keeping down your head infront of tuan. This is really bad and against of Islam. How Malaysia is following this Islam opposition rule I cannot find it. Not only that everyday three times you have to seat for long time on floor or rough tough soil for master. This is another part of disobeying foreigners in the prison.

Another Christian rule is followed by Malaysia. There is a toilet inside the cell. There is no door of toilet. So, Muslim prisoner feel very shame to use toilet in front of other in naked condition. The toilets are also very dirty and germy. They never provide any germ killer hygienic or soap to keep toilet clean.

Malaysian people torture on foreigner inside the cell of Sungai bulu prison. Prison authority should distribute cell according the nation but they do not do that. So, it is almost a usual matter of fighting and quarreling in the prison.

Malaysian criminal are dominating on all others prisoner in the prison. All checker and captain are employed to rule on the whole block. Cell allotment, food distribution, phone calling everything is controlled by Malaysian prisoner.

Malaysian checker and police are eating major part of prisoner’s food inside the prison. They do not distribute food properly in the prison. Jail police and Malaysian prisoner are consuming most part of the food.

There is mosque inside the prison area but the authority do not allow to pray regularly in the mosque even they do not let to pray prisoner inside the block. Malaysian government should revise this rule to obey Islam otherwise punishment will arrive on whole nation soon on the behalf of God. They are breaking human’s fundamental right and independence.

Though there is no international rule about torturing on foreigners but iside Malaysian prison it has been happening. Sometimes without reason Special prisoner forces beat and kick prisoner inhumanely. They wound many innocent prisoner without reason. This is very terrible days for those prisoners who have raped case or 302 act. I saw four or five police were beating a foreigner because he had rape case.

Corruption has spread all over Malaysia. Prison is not far from this discrimination. Malaysian jail police are taking bribe from prisoner exchange of delivering drug, heroine, ice, afim, and others narcotic product. So, almost every rooms are polluted by drug addicted prisoner. It is very difficult for non smoker to stay in prison in Malaysia.

Police Lock Up in Malaysia

Police lockup is a new experience in my life. Though Malaysia is a Muslim country but there is no Muslim cultural symbol in Malaysian police lockup. Suddenly after arrest I was brought to Kelanajaya Police station. There are no minimum facilities for human beings in police lock up. One seated a cell is filled up by 7-9 people. Sometimes lock up authority push more inside a cell.

Obviously a cell in a police locks up looks like a cattle firm. Nobody can sleep inside the police lock up. No toothpaste and toothbrush are provided to wash your teeth. Lockup authority do not provide any soap or hygienic to clean your hand after using toilet or for bathing.

There is a toilet inside the cell but there is no door surrounding the toilet. So, all member of a cell are watching your naked or natural scenery inside the lock up cell. Malaysian government forced to be uncivilized or wild inside the police lock up in Malaysia.

We know shame is an important part of Islam but inside lock up no Islamic culture are followed by jungle nation Malaysia. Authority never provides any toilet cleaner so, all the toilets are very germy and dirty. So inside the cell healthy people become sick soon. In a word Malaysian authority provides no facilities inside lock up.

Food is very poor and less. You cannot pray inside lock up too. It seems authority makes Christian from Muslim inside lock up. Only a short pant and a short shirt are provided. No cloths are provided for praying. Even there is no place for praying inside lock up.

You have to stay on the floor. No bed or pillow or blankets are provided. So, people become sick easily inside the cell. Most miserable thing is fourteen days you cannot call with your family or relative. They keep locked all of your belonging including your mobile phone. So usually your family become in great tension if you are brought to lock up.

They do not let you use mobile phone or there is no any paid phone system. So this is a place of police harassments in the lock up. Sometimes police force you to snatch your belonging too.

Lock up guard’s behavior is very dirty. They never try to hear anybody’s inconveniences. They push foreigners with local Malaysian. Just for overstaying fault they push foreign nationals with local murderer, robber or snatcher. So, local detainees are torturing on foreign national inside the lock up.

Inside police lock up it is very difficult time for foreigners. For a little crime they have to suffer serious punishment. Foreigners have no separate cell or room inside police lock up. International human rights are violated inside the police lock up of Malaysia.

Dear online viewers you may hear that Malaysian economy is fully dependent on foreign labors. Original Malaysian is very idle and bad they do not like to do 3D jobs. That’s why a lot of foreign workers from neighboring countries are imported by Malaysian Government.

Due to cheating attitude of local Malaysian agent in Malaysia many foreigners are going to be arrested legally or illegally but the government has done nothing to improve its lockup or prison environment. So, foreigners have been suffering painful days inside Malaysian jail.

To show minimum respect Malaysian authority should improve all of its lock up and detention centre without any delay. Neighboring labors exporting country should keep eyes on Malaysian naked attitude on their respecting nationals.

Right now Malaysia is violating human rights and Muslim culture inside Malaysian Police lock up. Not only that we will also urge International human rights organization to inspect Malaysian lock up and force Malaysian government to stop oppression policy on foreigners. They should create pressure on Malaysia to improve its Police lock up.

Detention Center in Malaysia

Detention center is a place for foreigners to stay temporarily before going back their own country. From here foreigners are deported by the host countries. Malaysian detention centre is a new experience in my life. After four months imprisonment I was brought to Leng geng immigration camp. Illegal foreigners are pushed in prison after magistrate court’s decision. In Malaysia detention centre is another and most terrible place for foreigners. In this centre they are punished inhumane way.

Leng geng immigration camp is as like as poultry firm. There are four blocks for man inside the arcade. Maximum one hundred people capacities one block is used to live four to six hundred detainees. Inside block there are lots of problems. It is seemed that Malaysia has created a new hell for foreigners rather than detention centre.

No uniform, cloths, bed or blanket are provided. So, foreigners feel very cold at night. Due to over crowded environment people are attacked by various diseases like cold, migraine, fever, stomach pain, gastric etc. Immigration authorities do not provide any medicine for sick. I saw a detainee was crying in front of immigration guard room for hours to go to doctor. After several hours he was not send to doctor and simply they gave some paracetamol tablet. So, foreigners are in great danger inside the camp.

Poor and less foods are provided in the detention centre. Simple one plate coarse rice and a rotten dry fish are provided regularly. No vegetables, soup or curry are given to detainee. So, most of the detainee are facing evacuating problem. Mal nutrition is a major concern among the detainee too. Drinking water is another crisis in the camp. Immigration authority does not provide pure drinking water for detainee.

Everybody comes with good health from prison but after arrival in the camp everybody becomes narrower weaker and sick. All detainees are facing malnutrition problem badly. I was also facing health problem after coming back from lenggeng camp. All of my relatives are saying I became weaker and my health is badly damaged at Lenggeng immigration camp in Malaysia.

Dear online viewers you may hear that Malaysia is a Muslim majority country but this is wrong. Just in name it is Muslim country but nobody sees any Muslim or Islamic activities in the camp. More than fifteen hundred detainees are staying always in the camp but there is no praying place or mosque0 for detainee inside the block or camp.

The most important point is communication with family. There are only two war tel boxes inside the camp. Detainees have to wait into long line to make a call from the booth. Indiscipline systems are seen in calling system. Somebody are talking for hours and somebody cannot make a call for a while. Immigration police do not care properly to use telephone inside the camp. New detainees have to wait two weeks to buy a telephone card from immigration store.

Malaysian immigration should make easy to make a call with detainee’s family. They can add new and more telephone booths they can provide telephone card among the detainee in faster way.

Most shameful scene is that some immigration officers are doing business by providing mobile phone inside the block. Immigration officer are collecting RM20 just for making a miss call. If detainee’s family or friend do not make top up RM 20 for a miss calls, then, they beat the detainee.

Immigration officers have made the camp into trading point in Different ways. They are supplying heroine, gazaa, ice, afim and another illegal drug. They are selling different foods including maggy noodles for high price. To complete their business activities inside the camp they have employed Myanmar’s national as their agent.

Due to police assistance Myanmar people are dominating on other nationals inside the camp. Almost everyday Myanmar detainee are beating and torturing other country’s nationals. In all block Myanmar detainee is employed as a block captain by police. The captain make a group (10-20 people) to beat other country’s national.

I saw a negro (Nigerian national) was beaten by Myanmar’s criminal group just for shouting or uttering legal protest against Myanmar people’s attitude. Not only that Myanmar’s all people very stupid and rude in side the camp. They captured half of all block’s toilet area.

They do not let to use all toilets for detainee. Some toilets are reserve for Myanmar criminal. They are doing drug and phone business from the toilet. They have established Christian culture inside the toilet. Other Muslim country’s national like Bangladesh, Indonesia and Pakistani are facing problem to use toilet or bathroom. Myanmar people are shameless they do not hesitate to be naked in front of others during bath.

Malaysia is a multi racial country. In 1959 during riot in different groups many people have died. Remembering this incident Malaysian Government should be alerted. They should be corrected. They should realize that their economy is dependent on foreign workers. Their behavior should be developed. They should learn from other Muslim countries how to behave with foreign nationals. They should show proper respect detainee inside the detention center.

Most of the foreign workers have come from neighboring countries like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan Vietnam and some from African countries.
